Small Group Personal Training

Strong Women

Share the cost of PT with women's only group sessions

If you are new to the gym, or not sure what to expect from 1:1 Personal Training, small group PT sessions may be what you need. It is for women of all ages with similar goals - toning up, learning to use weights and getting stronger.

A women's only class, expect a mix of exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands and dumbbells to build strength, plus circuit/HIIT to improve your cardiovascular performance. Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Max 3 in each session, to ensure attention and adaptations from a group fitness qualified Personal Trainer.

To celebrate International Women's Day and Mother's Day in March, Nordic Fit will be running a short women's only strength training course! For 3 consecutive Sundays starting 15th March, you will learn safe and effective resistance training techniques in a small group setting at Better Herne Hill. Sessions are 45 minutes and will take place at 4pm. Strictly limited to 5 attendees.
