This is the programme for you if you are committed to toning up, losing weight and leading a more healthy, active lifestyle! Sessions are online and programmes are accessed in-app, so this is a programme you can do from anywhere and in your own time. Share the cost with a group of MAX 4 likeminded women with similar goals.

Small Group Personal Training with Nordic Fit is exactly that, max 3 participants in each group allows you to get focused attention to what YOU need from your PT. A subscription-based model gives you ongoing support with your workouts, your diet and your lifestyle. Group training can take place online or in-person, with an online hiit (or Core & Glutes) class included to complement your training. You also get 30% off any Bootcamps in the park (£7 instead of £10)
