Siri is offering a fully personalised remote coaching option that is 100% tailored to your needs. Your 8-week plan will be programmed based on a complimentary goal-setting Zoom call, to ensure the plan is right for YOUR experience and YOUR goals. 

After the consultation, you will get an 8-week plan consisting of 3-4 workouts per week, accessible anytime, anywhere in an app. You will get a weekly progress check-in (phone/WhatsApp/Zoom - you decide) and daily lifestyle hacks to help you along the way. 

8-week plans are usually £199, but if you sign up before 31st January, you get a discounted rate of £149!
