A friendly, personalised approach to improving YOUR fitness 

Siri specialises in women's health, with a particular focus on helping clients with pre/postnatal fitness and peri/post-menopause exercise. She takes a friendly and holistic approach to understanding YOUR goals and takes your work/family commitments into account when developing your programme covering fitness and nutrition.

1:1 Personal Training sessions are held in-person in local parks, clients homes or at Siri's home studio in Herne Hill. She also does online PT sessions on Zoom and small group PT on a 3:1 basis. Most women benefit from increasing their resistance training at any age, hence this is the primary focus in Nordic Fit's programming
