ONLINE 1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
With closed gyms and Covid-19 restrictions still in place, the best means of staying fit and motivated is to do 1:1 training online on Zoom. You will get the same tailored approach as you would get in person and we make use of the type of equipment you have available at home (if any). We will work around your home office / home schooling commitments to ensure you get some time for yourself to clear your mind and stay fit and healthy!
Online PT sessions are 45 minutes long and are £40/session (usually £55/hour). You will also get a free consultation prior to starting sessions to discuss and define goals.
4- OR 12-WEEK PERSONALISED PROGRAMMES
Make a commitment to yourself with a 4- or 12-week fitness and nutrition programme! Fully tailored to your individual goals, with realistic expectations that works for your lifestyle. You will get ongoing support from your dedicated Personal Trainer and nutrition advisor to keep you on track.
