Online Group PT Plan
This is the programme for you if you are committed to toning up, losing weight and leading a more healthy, active lifestyle! Sessions are online and programmes are accessed in-app, so this is a programme you can do from anywhere and in your own time. Share the cost with a group of MAX 4 likeminded women with similar goals.

HOW IT WORKS
- A weekly subscription giving you access to:
- A weekly 50minute group PT session (max 3 in each group)
- A weekly HIIT class on Saturdays at 9am (45minutes)
- A tailored on demand workout programme accessible in app
WEEKLY PLAN
Each week has a different focus area as follows
- WEEK 1 (WC 11th Jan): Breathing, mobility, core and back
- WEEK 2 (WC 18th Jan): Mobility flow, hips and shoulders
- WEEK 3 (WC 25th Jan): Breathing, pelvic floor, core and glutes
- WEEK 4 (WC 1st Feb): Arms and upper back
- WEEK 5 (WC 8th Feb): Glutes and legs
- WEEK 6 (WC 15th Feb): Chest and shoulders
A new 6-week schedule will be made available in week 6. This will be the main focus of the online group session and your in-app programme. Full body movements and compound exercises will also be incorporated to get your heart rate up!
