  • A weekly online small group PT session (45mins), with a focus on strength building exercises 

  • Access to a weekly online HIIT class (30min) at a time of your choice. These high impact sessions focus on cardio 

  • A tailored fitness programme you do in your own time, with easy-to-follow video and written instructions in-app 

  • An eBook of healthy recipes to get your diet on track

  • Ongoing WhatsApp support from your group and PT

  • A free Bootcamp in the park (SE24, London)
