Build up a sweat at home

with online classes

Work and family commitments can make it tricky to leave the house for a class. But not when you can work out from home! All you need is 30 minutes for a dedicated class focusing on a particular area of your fitness - get your cardio fix with HIIT,  build your core strength or find calm with a good stretch! 

Online classes don't require any equipment (unless specified) and sessions are 30 minutes long, accessible via ZOOM. These are open to all fitness levels including postnatal clients, as adaptations will be made available for beginners or if you have any physical concerns.

HIIT at Home

A no-equipment, high impact class to get your heart rate up and set you up for the weekend. Adaptations offered for lower impact. Expect to sweat!

Saturday 9am

Zoom details will be sent with your email confirmation

Strength & Stretch

30min low impact resistance training, followed by 30min stretch and yoga flow by the lovely Laura Coates. Open to all fitness abilities including postnatal. 

Wednesdays 7.30pm

Zoom details shared prior to class.
A pair of dummbells and a mat is recommended
