with online classes

Work and family commitments can make it tricky to leave the house for a class. But not when you can work out from home! All you need is 30 minutes for an express HIIT session, or a 100% focused Core & Glutes class. Keep your eyes peeled for new class formats for home workouts launching soon! 

Online classes don't require any equipment and sessions are 30 minutes long, accessible via ZOOM. These are open to all fitness levels, as adaptations will be made available for beginners or if you have any physical concerns.
