With lockdown in full force, it is crucial for our physical and mental wellbeing to keep active - and we don't have to leave the house to stay fit! Join an online hiit session with a group of likeminded people who want to get a sweat on!
Hiit at Home doesn't require any equipment and sessions are 45 minutes long, accessible via ZOOM. These are open to all fitness levels, as adaptations will be made available for beginners or if you have any physical concerns. Senior strength classes is for 60+ participants and kettlebells hiit requires a kettlebell.
Your first session is FREE and £9 (drop-in) thereafter. Please book below to secure your slot and receive Zoom details. Please note 6 hour cancellation policy.

Senior strength classes require equipment - a pair of dumbbells - weight of your choice, 3kg is a good starting point.
Kettlebell hiit require a kettlebell - weight of your choice, 8kg recommended if you are relatively new to kettlebells.
Dumbbells: 3kg for beginners, 5kg or 7.5kg for those with some experience with dumbbells
