Share the cost of PT with a friend or partner
Cost should never be a barrier for getting healthier, so sharing PT sessions with a friend or partner can be a good option. Not only is it a more affordable option, it is also a great opportunity to motivate each other and celebrate your wins together!
You don't need to be at the same fitness level, or have the same end goals with your training - we will ensure your own needs and goals are taken into account and any adaptations or progressions are put in place in our sessions.
Nordic Fit is about understanding your individual fitness journey so far and having a positive influence on your ongoing adventure as a healthier, more confident version of yourself. Working towards that goal together as a team helps with motivation and encourages both of you to make healthier lifestyle choices as part of your fitness journey.
Peak times: 7am-9am and 5.30pm-9pm weekdays, 8am-11am Saturdays
Off-peak times: 9am-5.30pm weekdays
