Stay fit and strong throughout your pregnancy

Each session focuses on developing correct breathing and improving pelvic floor function, whilst building strength to prepare for birth and early parenthood. We will ensure you exercise in a safe and effective manner, with progressions being made using functional equipment and resistance training in an open and supportive environment. 

We will be tackling common niggles during pregnancy and modify exercises as the bump grows!

Max 5 participants in class for 6 consecutive weeks will ensure individual adaptations to suit your fitness level and requirements, with weekly progressions built in. Choose one or two sessions per week depending on your goals! Lead by a postnatal qualified personal trainer - programme adapted from Burrell Education and BirthFit programming.
