Online Bootcamp: Hiit at Home

Get an energy boost from an outdoor workout - in your own garden!

With lockdown in full force, it is crucial for our physical and mental wellbeing to keep active. Park workouts are unfortunately on hold until it's safe to do these, but you can still do a high energy Bootcamp in your own garden (or indoors).

Hiit at Home don't require any equipment (apart from an internet connection) and sessions are 40 minutes long. These are open to all fitness levels, as adaptations will be made available for beginners. 

Once you have purchased a drop-in or a block of sessions, please go to your Teamup account and book yourself in for the session(s) you would like to take part in. You will receive your Zoom log-in details with your booking confirmation, so please make sure you have booked in to your session minimum 2 hours before it starts, to avoid disappointment.

Kit needed for equipment sessions. Note that you can choose to use one piece of equipment instead of three different types - for instance, dumbbells can be used instead of a kettlebell and vice versa. Below are my recommendations with links to Amazon, if you do like to invest in some equipment. A yoga mat is useful for core /stretching, but not essential.

Kettlebells: 8kg for beginners, 10 or 12kg for those who have used kettlebells before

Dumbbells: 3kg for beginners, 5kg or 7.5kg for those with some experience with dumbbells
