Learn the full A to Z of exercise this September!
Learn 26 fundamental exercises in twice weekly sessions throughout September. Are you ready to take on the A to Z challenge? You will learn and practice 3 exercises in each 30 minute session, with focus on safe technique of functional and resistance training. We will finish each session with a HIIT Tabatha circuit to make your heart bump. Top marks for attendance throughout the alphabet!
All Better members and fitness levels welcome. To take full advantage of the challenge and score top marks, make sure you attend the 2 weekly sessions on Tuesdays and Saturdays throughout September. Booking and payment in advance is required and completed online.
